Billing cycle time was reduced 51% and became 75% more consistent.  Billing errors were reduced 75% and became 56% more consistent.  The result was an additional $2 million in float.  The billing employees now track their own results by hand; the cycle time has since reduced down from 35 hours (shown on the graph) to 29 hours.
